Lead complex technical initiatives, design scalable architectures, resolve cross-system issues, run post-mortems, mentor developers, drive CI/CD and cloud infrastructure improvements, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Lead design, operation, and improvement of developer platforms and tooling. Act as product owner for CI/CD, source control, observability, and dev tooling; standardise and automate pipelines, enforce security and guardrails, provide self-service capabilities, and ensure platform reliability and monitoring.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Dublin office including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policy compliance with Irish law, talent acquisition support, training, engagement and HR metrics/reporting, partnering with global HR COEs.
