Supports private credit and private equity investment pipelines, due diligence, alternative markets monitoring, quantitative analytics, AI initiatives, and bespoke investment analysis. Collaborates with Quantitative and Technology teams and helps prepare investment portfolio communications for senior internal stakeholders. The role requires strong finance or business academics, analytical ability, communication skills, initiative, teamwork, and interest in investment markets.

Supports portfolio management through quantitative analysis, analytical tool and asset allocation framework development, investment analytics, AI application research, reporting, and bespoke analysis. Collaborates with Investments, IT, risk vendors, internal stakeholders, and asset managers across fixed income and other investment sectors.

Supports European and global HR operations through administration, benefits coordination, payroll data preparation, onboarding and offboarding, employee record maintenance, Workday support, documentation, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures accurate, confidential HR data, helps employees and HR teams use Workday, and contributes to legally compliant, efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
