Identify and engage prospective customers, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team. Work asynchronously in a fully remote environment, leveraging automation and AI tools to support outreach and follow-up, while representing the company professionally and collaborating with recruiters and sales managers through assessment stages.

Lead product work for Contractor Management: define roadmap and strategy, build end-to-end solutions (software + services), ship iterative improvements, align KPIs, work autonomously with engineers and designers, and communicate across teams to scale the product area.

Provide product-focused legal counsel for HRIS and AI features across 90+ jurisdictions. Lead AI/product compliance, draft and negotiate product and AI-specific terms, establish AI governance (model inventory, risk classification, oversight), partner with Privacy and Security on DPIAs/TIAs and incident response, manage external counsel, and enable product teams through training and embedded legal reviews.
