Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations using Elixir/Phoenix and Postgres. Lead team-scoped projects, propose and implement agentic automation/AI workflows, participate in cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, contribute to CI/CD-driven deployments, and ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Design, build, and maintain backend APIs, integrations, and scalable production systems using Elixir/Phoenix and Postgres. Lead team-scoped projects, propose product and platform improvements, mentor engineers, participate in cross-team initiatives and support rotations. Drive adoption and implementation of agentic/automation workflows and AI-driven tooling (spec -> plan -> execute -> verify). Ensure performance, reliability, security, observability, and robust verification loops for production outcomes.
