Lead reliability, observability, and infrastructure strategy for Remote Build. Design Terraform and Kubernetes IaC, run production K8s on AWS, build monitoring/incident response, embed security and compliance, optimize performance/costs, automate toil, and improve platform developer experience.

Drive net-new business in the DACH region for Remote's Global HR Platform. Prospect, qualify, and close high-velocity SaaS deals, build relationships with decision-makers, maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast to hit quota, and self-generate leads through outbound outreach. Collaborate internally to support client onboarding and deliver tailored HR employment solutions.

Lead product strategy and execution for fraud, credit risk, and compliance automation. Own credit risk scoring, fraud detection, KYB/AML onboarding, collections tooling, and platform-oriented admin surfaces. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering to reduce manual effort, improve automation rates, and scale proactive risk controls.
