Teams at Remitly

Lead finance for Remitly Europe, owning financial control, safeguarding, capital compliance, statutory reporting, audit, and regulatory obligations. Act as strategic FP&A partner to regional business leaders, drive forecasting, unit economics, pricing strategy, and financial storytelling to the Executive Management Team and Board. Build and develop the REL finance team and coordinate with global finance functions to support European growth and regulatory licence activities.

Prepare daily safeguarding reconciliations and regulatory returns, investigate data anomalies, support regulatory reporting automation, partner with engineering on reporting data architecture, and contribute to licensing, process improvement, and audit-ready documentation.
