Maintain REL's ERM program: manage enterprise risk register, RCSAs, KRIs, and incident logs; prepare risk dashboards, KRI monitoring, and governance papers; support embedding consumer protection, outsourcing and third-party risk controls; perform regulatory horizon-scanning and maintain regulatory change logs for CRO reporting.

Lead and improve REL's Enterprise Risk Management framework, manage risk identification/assessment, maintain risk registers and KRIs, run RCSAs/EWRAs and ICT/cyber reviews, prepare governance and regulatory risk reporting for the Board and Risk & Controls Committee, act as deputy to the CRO, coordinate with Internal Audit and regulators, and drive risk awareness and training across the organisation in line with CBI, EBA, and DORA requirements.

Lead second-line compliance assurance engagements for Remitly Europe from planning through reporting. Design and execute risk-based testing, perform root cause analysis, produce findings and remediation recommendations, maintain CBI regulatory knowledge, and manage remediation tracking while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead local compliance for Remitly Europe: design and run the compliance framework, own the annual compliance plan, monitoring, testing and remediation, maintain policies, manage regulatory engagement and reporting, support AML/CFT program and MLRO coordination, advise on new products and market entry, deliver training, and report to the CEO and Board.
