Lead development of scalable data science and ML products: design models, process and evaluate datasets, build production-ready pipelines with testing, collaborate with engineering and product teams, communicate results, mentor team members, and support cloud migration and analytics infrastructure.

Serve as first point of contact for consumers, manage and resolve data and consumer rights cases within SLAs, investigate data enquiries, apply corrections, maintain documentation, and communicate service issues to stakeholders.
