Responsibilities include database monitoring, performance optimization, failover and disaster recovery testing, infrastructure automation, observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and production recovery. The role participates in on-call rotations, reduces operational toil through scripting and Infrastructure as Code, improves reliability and security, and mentors junior engineers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, development lifecycle, and go-to-market activities for fraud analytics products. Lead customer discovery, prioritize product improvements, analyze complex data, collaborate with development and data science teams, and use market and customer insights to improve user outcomes. The role requires fraud prevention expertise, statistical modeling and AI/machine learning knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and flexible UK-US working hours.

Own the analytics product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery across Clinical Solutions. Develop customer-facing and internal dashboards, KPIs, embedded insights, and generative AI capabilities that improve healthcare decision-making. Translate strategy into execution with technology, informatics, analytics, commercial, and customer success teams. Define product outcomes, ensure data quality and governance, support commercialization and adoption, and monitor healthcare technology and regulatory trends.
