Provides administrative and executive support to Commercial Oncology leadership in a hybrid Dublin role. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating international meetings, travel, accommodations, expenses, events, documents, invoices, vendors, and office operations. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones and functions.

Supports clinical drug supply and logistics activities, including investigational product inventory planning, distribution, accountability, reconciliation, returns, destruction, system management, and shipment execution. Coordinates ancillary supply planning, QA/QP release, pack-and-label reconciliation, regulatory documentation, eTMF activities, IRT alerts, and UAT. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to manage supply risks, depot inventory, temperature excursions, and inspection readiness across clinical studies.

Leads European market access, pricing, reimbursement, and health technology assessment strategies for a neurology pharmaceutical portfolio. Monitors payer and policy trends, supports evidence generation and economic modeling, develops payer value propositions, and participates in negotiations and stakeholder engagement. The role represents Europe in global access planning and collaborates with regional and local teams. It requires extensive pharmaceutical and market access experience, European launch expertise, and knowledge of payer systems.
