Build and own Voice AI agent capabilities end to end, including backend services, AI behavior, APIs, React interfaces, cloud infrastructure, testing, deployment, evaluation, and reliability. Improve conversational quality, latency, speech recognition, multilingual behavior, and safety through experiments and production metrics. Participate in incident response, contribute to fail-safe systems, use AI-assisted development, join weekly on-call rotations, and travel quarterly for team gatherings.
