Own post-sale technical success for strategic accounts: coordinate Solutions Architects, FDEs and Support; drive adoption of vector search, RAG and agentic AI; run architecture reviews and health checks; manage stakeholder alignment and project delivery; escalate critical issues; feed product/engineering with customer insights and evangelize best practices.

Design and implement core cloud platform services, control-plane components, and internal APIs.
