The Senior FinOps & Cloud Analyst will analyze cloud costs, develop pricing models, and ensure healthy margins through data-driven insights on infrastructure and customer usage.

The Cloud Infrastructure Cost Analyst will analyze cloud usage, build reports, develop cost models, and optimize cloud spending by collaborating with engineering and finance teams.

Build backend services and APIs to manage lifecycle of Qdrant Cloud clusters (provisioning, scaling, upgrades, backups, auth). Collaborate across teams, investigate production issues, and improve reliability, scalability, and usability of the cloud platform.

Own post-sale technical success for strategic accounts: coordinate Solutions Architects, FDEs and Support; drive adoption of vector search, RAG and agentic AI; run architecture reviews and health checks; manage stakeholder alignment and project delivery; escalate critical issues; feed product/engineering with customer insights and evangelize best practices.

Design and implement core cloud platform services, control-plane components, and internal APIs. Build platform abstractions and production-grade Go tooling, drive architectural initiatives (gRPC, eventing, cluster-api), improve scalability and developer experience, and support production incidents when needed.

Lead and scale a distributed engineering organization building Qdrant's cloud platform and core engine. Own product delivery, reliability, security, observability, hiring, and architecture decisions while aligning engineering with product, GTM, and developer community needs.

Serve as the primary technical owner post-sale for strategic accounts, coordinating Solutions Architects, FDEs, and Support to drive deployment, adoption, and technical health of vector search, RAG, and agentic AI solutions. Manage projects, stakeholder alignment, architecture reviews, crisis escalations, and feedback to Product and Engineering while evangelizing best practices for enterprise adoption.

The Fractional Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid acquisition programs focusing on enterprise demand and developer/user acquisition, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and performance in campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
