Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles for 30+ international entities under US GAAP. Maintain internal controls and audit readiness, partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Payroll, approve purchase requisitions, drive finance transformation and process automation, and coordinate with US and global accounting teams.

Lead EMEA Technical Services delivery for enterprise storage customers, owning strategy, operations, metrics (CSAT, SLA), incident/escalation management, people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, tooling and continuous improvement to ensure reliable 24x7 support for high‑risk accounts.
