Provides enterprise technical support for FlashBlade products, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, replication, performance, and storage issues. Resolves support cases, manages escalations, communicates with customers, documents knowledge, mentors junior engineers, and coordinates with internal engineering teams. The role includes leading customer calls, managing multiple cases and projects, and performing required weekend, holiday, and on-call duties.

Owns technical support cases for designated enterprise accounts from opening through resolution. Responsibilities include monitoring and prioritizing cases, coordinating with support and engineering teams, analyzing logs, managing escalations, communicating status, authoring incident reports and root-cause analyses, and recommending preventative actions. The role is primarily office-based in Dun Laoghaire and requires strong customer communication, technical ownership, and case-management discipline.

Manages international tax compliance and transfer pricing for 30+ foreign entities. Reviews tax provisions, US GAAP reporting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, withholding tax matters, tax accounts, audits, and tax authority responses. Supports budgeting, tax planning, emerging tax research, and process automation while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Payroll, AR, Revenue, and global teams.
