Provides legal counsel for SaaS products, commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, and global AI regulation. Advises Sales and Engineering during contracting and product development, negotiates data protection agreements, conducts privacy and risk assessments, develops compliance programs, monitors AI legislation, works with regulators, trains employees, and mentors a junior legal associate.

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. Advise executives and hiring managers on talent requirements, sourcing strategy, assessments, and candidate profiles. Use generative AI, ATS platforms, and workflow automation to build pipelines and improve hiring efficiency. Lead talent initiatives including candidate experience, employer branding, interviewer training, and ATS data optimization while tracking recruitment metrics.

Own roadmap and delivery for an AI-powered Site Intelligence product suite. Design and ship B2B workflows, prototype with engineering, run customer-facing discovery and deployments, and architect enterprise integrations while leveraging AI to accelerate product development.
