Lead talent initiatives including candidate experience, employer branding, interviewer training, and ATS data optimization while tracking recruitment metrics.

Own roadmap and delivery for an AI-powered Site Intelligence product suite. Design and ship B2B workflows, prototype with engineering, run customer-facing discovery and deployments, and architect enterprise integrations while leveraging AI to accelerate product development.

Lead enterprise clients through adoption, rollout, and expansion of Protex AI's SaaS platform. Build executive and site relationships, drive Time to Measurable Impact, coordinate multi-site rollouts, monitor usage and health, escalate blockers, support expansion and late-stage sales, and partner cross-functionally to connect platform usage to safety and operational outcomes.

Lead infrastructure initiatives in cloud and edge environments, focusing on CI/CD pipeline implementation, system reliability, and data security compliance while managing a team.

Own remote access, edge security, OS lifecycle, provisioning, and networking posture for a global fleet of Linux edge devices. Build and operate tooling for remote management, patching, endpoint protection, cloud/edge integration, and customer security reviews. Collaborate with Edge Engineering, IT, and customer security teams; document processes and respond to field incidents to maintain secure, resilient deployments.

Design, implement, and optimize a real-time, high-performance video analytics pipeline on edge devices. Own custom GStreamer plugins, decoding, batching, inference, tracking, and edge-to-cloud delivery while ensuring low latency, reliability, and observability.

Lead outbound prospecting to identify industrial and manufacturing prospects, run campaigns with Sales and Marketing, engage safety and operations decision-makers via phone/email/LinkedIn, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, manage inbound leads and CRM data, meet quarterly targets, and represent the company at Health & Safety conferences across Europe. Hybrid role with two days per week onsite in Dublin or Boston.

Graduate role supporting People, Business Operations, Office Management, Finance, and Co-Founder support. Tasks include onboarding coordination, maintaining HR records and operational trackers, facilities and vendor management, PO/invoice processing, diary and travel coordination, cross-functional project assistance, and using AI tools to streamline workflows and automation across an international, fast-growing company.

Provide escalated technical support for edge-to-cloud computer vision deployments: troubleshoot cameras, networking, edge devices, and integrations; analyze AWS CloudWatch logs; debug Python and JavaScript; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Client Success; document solutions and improve support processes.
