As a Senior Backend Product Engineer, you will develop backend systems, enhance user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure AI integration in product development.

Lead architecture and engineering for AI-native systems: design agent-operable code boundaries, build context layers and incident agents, drive cross-team product strategy, enforce architectural standards, operationalize AI-first workflows, hire and coach engineering leaders, and scale teams while balancing long-term health and short-term delivery.

The role involves building AI-ready web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers, and improving workflows based on user feedback.
