The Sales Enablement Manager will drive enablement across sales functions, build scalable programs, measure effectiveness, and partner with leadership for optimal GTM strategies.

Lead a design team focusing on complex payment systems. Drive experience strategy, conduct research, and enhance design systems while still producing hands-on design work.

Own a product sub-area of the Orchestration engine: define problems from merchant feedback and performance data, write detailed specs for routing/fallback/authentication, partner with engineering and design, set and track metrics (authorization rates, conversion, cost), drive launches and rapid post-launch iteration, and represent the area to merchants and stakeholders.
