Translate technical payment products into compelling buyer messaging, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and monitor initiative performance to optimize strategy. The role requires hands-on execution, strong project management, creativity, experimentation, and independent ownership in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own and improve Primer's GTM intelligence: maintain dashboards and semantic models, train BI/LLM models (Omni/Claude), surface pipeline/account signals, ensure correct Salesforce modeling, build revenue-driving models and GTM AI workflows, partner with data engineering and RevOps, drive adoption, and promote self-serve data literacy.

Lead front-end technical strategy across multiple teams for a complex, data-dense merchant platform. Own architecture, component systems, state management, performance, accessibility, and front-end observability. Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, and partner with Product, Design, and backend engineers to deliver a cohesive merchant experience including the Primer AI Companion.

Lead a small senior data engineering team owning the end-to-end data platform: streaming, warehousing, modelling, pipelines, ML lift, and operational excellence.
