Lead enterprise DevOps and site reliability engineering across Azure and hybrid environments. Design CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, security, and operational solutions; mentor engineers; resolve complex reliability issues; standardize automation and reusable platform components; and transition projects into managed services. Collaborate with customers and internal teams through workshops, technical design reviews, proposals, and service improvements. The role also supports Microsoft 365, Azure security, mobile device management, Windows Server, virtualization, backup, and hybrid Exchange environments.

Manage sales operations for assigned accounts, including order processing, sales administration, customer communication, and coordination with internal operations teams. Resolve customer satisfaction issues, RMAs, and returns while ensuring open requests are addressed efficiently. The role requires accurate data entry, strong organization, deadline management, and prior sales support experience, preferably within the IT channel.

Directs sales compensation operations across commissions, leadership incentives, and variable bonuses. Oversees calculation, reconciliation, accruals, payroll submissions, plan design, benchmarking, analytics, compliance controls, and dispute resolution. Leads the commissions team, partners with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations, and manages ICM technology such as Xactly Incent. The role also supports compensation modeling, pay-equity analysis, automation, audit readiness, and integration with CRM, ERP, and HRIS systems.
