Manage full-cycle recruitment across Europe and APAC, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire technical, sales, engineering, consulting, and corporate talent. Build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews across time zones, provide market intelligence, ensure GDPR and policy compliance, maintain recruitment data in UKG and other systems, and support employer branding and workforce planning.

Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, deployments, configurations, migrations, testing, documentation, and customer knowledge transfer. Configure Microsoft 365 workloads, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Copilot; design hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations; conduct technical workshops; gather requirements; support presales; and collaborate with project teams, customers, and vendors.

Leads complex IT and digital transformation projects from planning through delivery. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, offshore teams, compliance, and change adoption. Develops governance and project plans, reports progress, oversees quality, conducts post-implementation reviews, and mentors team members. Requires experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and project management tools.

Install, assemble, wire, configure, and test audiovisual systems for large client projects. Mount projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control equipment; troubleshoot issues; provide on-site technical operation and maintenance; support project and site managers; maintain client relationships; and follow health and safety requirements.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise focus accounts, developing technology roadmaps and designing complex, multi-vendor solutions across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, EUC, and digital technologies. Create statements of work, high-level designs, technical proposals, business cases, and ROI models. Partner with account directors, sales specialists, and managed services teams to drive demand, expand customer relationships, and support RFI/RFP responses. Mentor junior staff and provide technology thought leadership.

Owner of post-sale customer relationships: manage day-to-day contact, drive satisfaction, handle escalations, coordinate order processing and delivery, maintain account playbooks, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Account Managers to ensure service quality and commercial growth.
