Directs sales compensation operations across commissions, leadership incentives, and variable bonuses. Oversees calculation, reconciliation, accruals, payroll submissions, plan design, benchmarking, analytics, compliance controls, and dispute resolution. Leads the commissions team, partners with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations, and manages ICM technology such as Xactly Incent. The role also supports compensation modeling, pay-equity analysis, automation, audit readiness, and integration with CRM, ERP, and HRIS systems.

Leads technical account management and IT infrastructure services for corporate and SMB clients. Advises clients on technology strategy, oversees network, server, cloud, security, virtualization, Microsoft, and data center environments, manages service metrics and escalations, drives continual improvement, leads governance reviews, and directs disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Provides Level 3 IT support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting Microsoft, Azure, virtualization, Windows, endpoint, backup, security, and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities include resolving escalated tickets within SLA, configuring hardware and software, managing systems and user access, maintaining inventories and backups, coordinating with vendors, supporting customers onsite, producing status reports, and delivering technical training. The role requires strong expertise across hybrid Microsoft environments, cloud administration, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity-related infrastructure.

Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, deployments, configurations, migrations, testing, documentation, and customer knowledge transfer. Configure Microsoft 365 workloads, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Copilot; design hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations; conduct technical workshops; gather requirements; support presales; and collaborate with project teams, customers, and vendors.

Owner of post-sale customer relationships: manage day-to-day contact, drive satisfaction, handle escalations, coordinate order processing and delivery, maintain account playbooks, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Account Managers to ensure service quality and commercial growth.
