What's the Work-Life Balance Like at Postman?

I have three kids, so I’m always running around. We want people to have the flexibility to take care of things in their personal life while we still make an impact at work to keep a balance.

I think having a manager and a team that’s also really supportive and understanding have benefited me and allowed me to strike a really good balance between home and work.
