Prioritize exchange changes, translate customer problems into engineering requirements, lead proof-of-value engagements, investigate technical issues, and communicate roadmap decisions across customers, sales, support, engineering, and leadership. The role requires strong networking knowledge, customer engagement, agile prioritization, and comfort with ambiguity and global stakeholders.

Support end-to-end monthly billing and revenue recognition, prepare revenue journals, accruals and reconciliations, deliver billing and revenue analytics, support forecasting and audits, and drive process and system improvements across Salesforce and Oracle Financials to enhance billing accuracy and scalability.
