The Personal Lines Account Executive will provide customer service, manage insurance policies, liaise with companies, and achieve sales targets.

Manage an existing portfolio of commercial and technology clients, provide expert insurance advice, negotiate and place cover with insurers, identify new business, maintain client and insurer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare client presentations, renewal reports, and market analysis.

Provide back-office new business administration for personal lines (car, home, van): handle customer queries, ensure accurate data entry, maintain CPC compliance, and support cross-sales to Life & Pensions and Health. Deliver high customer service standards and participate in training.
