Lead public affairs and external communications for Irish Distillers during a 12-month maternity cover. Develop and execute public affairs and corporate communications strategies, manage stakeholder and government relationships, handle crisis communications, oversee budget and agency partners, monitor policy and provide analysis, and mentor a direct report to support corporate reputation and business objectives.

Lead internal and external corporate communications for Irish Distillers. Develop and execute social, website, press and internal channel strategies; create content, manage agencies and press relations, support media/spokespeople and awards activity, maintain communications assets and reporting, and drive engagement across stakeholders to support business strategy and brand reputation.

Support RTD product development and NPD by maintaining formulations and specifications, coordinating sampling and testing, preparing technical documentation for regulatory submissions, collaborating with suppliers and co-packers, and supporting transfer of formulations to finished product. Assist sensory evaluations and ensure accuracy of technical data and blending instructions.
