Lead regional engineering for European bottling & blending sites, manage Capex portfolio and regional engineering team, deliver large capital projects, build 5–10 year masterplans, and report on project governance and risks to senior leadership.

Support RTD product development and NPD by maintaining formulations and specifications, coordinating sampling and testing, preparing technical documentation for regulatory submissions, collaborating with suppliers and co-packers, and supporting transfer of formulations to finished product. Assist sensory evaluations and ensure accuracy of technical data and blending instructions.
