Own the commercial and strategic health of a portfolio of SaaS accounts, including renewals, expansion, upselling, QBRs, account planning, stakeholder relationships, and client communication. Partner with Customer Success Technical Managers to align platform usage with account strategy. Maintain accurate account documentation and proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and retention.

Own the end-to-end Brief mode experience for an AI-powered advertising SaaS product. Design brief creation, AI analysis, collaboration, review, approval, and creative workflows. Prototype agentic interactions, conduct user research and usability testing, analyze product data, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams, and maintain a scalable design system.

Own Pencil’s Evals & Quality product charter, including creative-quality metrics, judging rubrics, human-review processes, golden datasets, and scalable evaluation loops. Lead adevals.ai as a product, provide quality evidence for commercial work, define client-specific quality standards, and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch audits. Success is measured through first-pass-right quality, evaluation coverage, judge-human calibration, dataset health, commercial adoption, and learning velocity.
