Leads and develops engineering managers, team leads, and engineers across multiple teams. Owns people management, hiring, performance, career growth, team culture, delivery processes, and cross-functional alignment. Partners with Product, Design, Data, and TPM leadership to improve delivery predictability and business outcomes. Champions AI-first engineering practices with human review, while maintaining technical fluency around architecture, risks, incidents, and trade-offs without being hands-on in coding.

Lead Pencil’s product design function across product squads, establishing a unified quality bar, design culture, design system, and design-engineering practice. Drive consistent enterprise and practitioner experiences, agent interaction models, accessibility, research, and AI-built UI standards. Partner with product and engineering to accelerate shipping while elevating creative quality. Own team structure, hiring, career development, design reviews, system adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Own the Workflows and Integrations product, including workflow building, templates, scheduling, run management, reliability, and third-party connections. Drive adoption across customers by simplifying workflow creation, enabling human review, and integrating workflows with AI agents through Scribble. Define integration frameworks, prioritize using product data and customer feedback, and lead the lifecycle from discovery through post-launch evaluation while partnering with design, engineering, customers, and other product teams.

Own day-to-day security operations across endpoints, identity and access, cloud, and SaaS tools. Administer MDM, patching, encryption, access reviews, and joiner/mover/leaver processes; monitor alerts and investigate incidents; support Vanta evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001; assist with vendor and customer security questionnaires; and provide practical desktop and device support.
