Owns commercial relationships for approximately 80 high-value SMB merchants. Responsibilities include developing account plans, growing product adoption, retaining and expanding business, identifying cross-sell and risk opportunities using AI-powered tools, managing forecasts and portfolio reporting, and coordinating internal teams to resolve complex merchant issues.

Leads PayPal’s EU and UK Credit Legal team, advising on consumer credit, BNPL, and merchant lending products. Responsibilities include managing attorneys across jurisdictions, developing legal and regulatory strategies, supporting CCD II implementation and BNPL expansion, advising on credit agreements and partnerships, managing regulatory risks and examinations, and collaborating with product, compliance, marketing, finance, and risk teams. The role also oversees outside counsel and serves as a senior escalation point for complex credit, collections, debt sale, and regulatory matters.
