Manages legal risk, partners with external counsel, delivers employment law training, and supports consistent cross-border legal practices. The role requires senior in-house experience, multinational employment law expertise, and qualification in an APAC or EMEA jurisdiction.

Lead and coach an Account Management team responsible for SMB commercial growth, retention, and merchant outcomes. Use AI, value, coverage, churn, and pipeline data to identify opportunities and make resource decisions. Drive process improvements, resolve complex business problems, collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, influence executives, develop talent, and maintain accountability for financial targets and team performance.
