Drive process improvements, resolve complex business problems, collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, influence executives, develop talent, and maintain accountability for financial targets and team performance.

Leads European Revenue Operations, driving forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, quota setting, CRM governance, reporting, process improvement, and commercial transformation. Partners with regional and global leaders to implement scalable initiatives, improve sales productivity, manage operational rhythms, and support executive decision-making. Oversees cross-functional change management and develops a high-performing, multinational Revenue Operations team.

Leads PayPal’s EU and UK Credit Legal team, advising on consumer credit, BNPL, and merchant lending products. Responsibilities include managing attorneys across jurisdictions, developing legal and regulatory strategies, supporting CCD II implementation and BNPL expansion, advising on credit agreements and partnerships, managing regulatory risks and examinations, and collaborating with product, compliance, marketing, finance, and risk teams. The role also oversees outside counsel and serves as a senior escalation point for complex credit, collections, debt sale, and regulatory matters.
