Partner with global business leaders to improve leadership capability, performance and talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, culture, and team effectiveness. Coach managers, provide data-informed recommendations, manage complex people matters across jurisdictions, support organisational design and transformation, and help build scalable People practices in a growing, distributed technology organisation.

Lead the design and improvement of employee experience, engagement, performance, progression, and retention frameworks. Own employee listening initiatives, analyze organizational data, and convert insights into practical actions. Partner with senior leaders and People teams to improve fairness, consistency, and scalability in performance and promotion processes. Apply HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline people processes and enhance employee and manager experiences across a global organization.

Design, build, and operate a scalable cloud-based data platform using IaC, CI/CD, and container orchestration. Implement and maintain data pipelines, observability, storage/processing layers, and platform best practices for reliability, security, and cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and transform Paymentology's global post-onboarding client organization by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven client success model focused on adoption, retention, operational excellence, predictive health scoring, automation, and self-service. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Implementations and Commercial teams, mentor leaders, improve support responsiveness and escalation, and deliver measurable client outcomes and executive-level visibility.

Provide organisation-wide technical leadership as a Staff Software Engineer: shape technical strategy, design scalable distributed systems, set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, improve reliability/observability/CI-CD, and contribute hands-on to critical cloud-native payment systems.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, advising on implementation, optimisation, scalability and payment data management. Build and maintain client relationships, conduct technical assessments, proactively monitor environments, lead escalations and incident post-mortems, and coordinate with Support, Product and Engineering to deliver solutions and enable customer success.

The Cloud Engineer will support and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on multi-account governance, IAM security, and implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
