Establishes SRE practices across the platform organization, including SLO/SLI frameworks, incident response, observability, and reliability standards. Builds reusable Go services, CLIs, Terraform modules, Cloud Run services, and GKE workloads. Drives GCP managed-service adoption, security, networking, compliance, and developer self-service patterns while mentoring engineers and participating in on-call.

Lead Pantheons SecOps strategy, architecture, and tooling. Build detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability/exposure management programs. Drive automation, EU regulatory compliance (GDPR/NIS2), abuse prevention, business resilience, and executive risk reporting while mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team security decisions.
