Manage full-cycle sales for SMB leads: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Meet monthly quotas, track pipeline in CRM, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for smooth handoffs, and maintain activity and closing metrics.

Own incident management and on-call rotation, maintain and evolve on‑prem observability (LGTM), build automations and tools for platform reliability, contribute to production services for performance and resiliency, collaborate with product engineers, and mentor SREs and engineers.
