Lead the strategy and execution of PandaDoc’s document experiences, including creation, authoring, collaboration, structured content, and AI-powered workflows. Partner with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams to deliver scalable document systems, APIs, integrations, and data models. Guide multiple squads, define product direction, run experiments, incorporate customer feedback, and ensure cohesive document journeys from drafting through completion.

Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers across EMEA, driving revenue growth, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build strategic customer relationships, conduct account health reviews, identify opportunities, forecast revenue, maintain CRM accuracy, advocate for the product, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales while consistently exceeding retention and revenue targets.
