Lead and develop an SMB sales team (up to 8 AEs): hire, coach, forecast, and drive revenue. Foster cross-functional problem solving, ownership, and value-based selling in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Manage full-cycle sales for SMB leads: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Meet monthly quotas, track pipeline in CRM, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for smooth handoffs, and maintain activity and closing metrics.

Lead the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch while owning shared design system, frontend foundations, and navigation patterns. Align cross-functional teams, define governance, prioritize foundational investments, and partner with engineering to deliver cohesive, scalable experiences that incorporate AI-assisted tooling.

Manage and develop a team of up to eight Account Managers across SMB and Commercial (EMEA), own forecasting, drive adoption, retention and growth, coach reps, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead sales initiatives with accountability, problem-solving, and value-based selling.

Own design and front-end implementation of PandaDoc's API and integrations, partner with product and research to set strategy, prototype AI-native patterns, build production-grade React components, and establish the Design Engineer function for the Embedded Agreements track.

Lead design-to-code efforts in the Growth track: rapidly prototype AI-native ideas into production-grade React surfaces, own layout/interaction/accessibility/performance, build reusable patterns and prompt libraries, and enable the team to ship faster.
