Own Paddle’s self-serve business line and commercial performance from acquisition through retention. Set strategy, optimize activation and time-to-value, define pricing and packaging, manage unit economics, shape demand, deepen partner channels, and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Partnerships, and RevOps. Build experimentation, tooling, and tracking while using data and AI to improve conversion and profitable growth.

Lead the Subscriptions engineering team to design, deliver, and scale recurring-billing products. Coach and manage engineers, partner with Product to set roadmaps, oversee technical strategy, improve reliability and scalability of high-traffic event-driven systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Data, InfoSec, Platform, Finance, Risk, and Legal.

Design and maintain marketing-focused data infrastructure and models in Snowflake and dbt. Build self-serve datasets in Omni, ensure data quality and metadata, enable activation into operational tools, support campaign attribution and funnel reporting, and train stakeholders.
