Lead and scale FP&A at Paddle: manage budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, Pigment platform ownership, produce board/CFO materials, partner with GTM/Product/Engineering on investment cases, and drive monthly and quarterly business review cadences.

Lead and manage the Analytics Engineering team, driving strategy, data governance, and stakeholder relationships to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.
