Shape AI and integration experiences, set design standards, partner with Product and Engineering, use research and data to iterate, and mentor other designers to deliver scalable, accessible B2B experiences.

Lead the Application Excellence team to improve internal developer experience, build self-serve tooling and golden paths, drive platform reliability and productivity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage and coach engineers, and remain technically credible while owning roadmap and delivery.

Lead the Subscriptions engineering team to design, deliver, and scale recurring-billing products. Coach and manage engineers, partner with Product to set roadmaps, oversee technical strategy, improve reliability and scalability of high-traffic event-driven systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Data, InfoSec, Platform, Finance, Risk, and Legal.
