Use SQL and Snowflake to extract data, apply statistical methods and LLMs to analyze structured and unstructured data, model financial impacts with Finance, and present clear, actionable findings to senior leadership and the exec team.

Drive platform reliability and developer efficiency by automating deployments, disaster recovery, monitoring/SLOs, incident response and runbooks. Collaborate with product engineers, perform capacity/performance/cost engineering, and promote GitOps and observability practices.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and development of churn prevention and retention in Paddle's payment platform, focusing on enhancing customer experience, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving measurable business impact.
