Build AI-first systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and governance. Direct thought leadership, executive publishing, original employment research, and multimedia activation. Connect content decisions to growth, trust, influence, and pipeline while mobilizing stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and experts without formal authority.

Lead the consolidated FP&A and Analytics function delivering planning, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analytics, reporting, and commercial insight. Partner with senior leaders, drive AI/automation and systems improvements, prepare board/investor materials, support M&A/due diligence, and build a high-performing remote global team to improve decision quality and financial discipline.

Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.
