Design, build, and operate platform tooling and automated CI/CD pipelines on AWS using IaC. Improve reliability, observability, and incident response; create self-service developer experiences; partner with application and security teams; and explore AI-driven automation to reduce operational toil and accelerate engineering productivity.

Own end-to-end native Portuguese payroll: run monthly cycles, maintain master data, manage statutory filings and government access, configure and test payroll systems (Cegid/Sendys), reconcile with Finance, handle complex escalations, produce statutory and ad-hoc reports, support audits, coach junior staff, and build scalable payroll processes and controls.

Lead and run end-to-end Dutch payroll in-house: configure payroll systems, manage master data, statutory filings, payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting, audits, escalations, and coach junior staff while improving automation and compliance.

Own native German payroll end-to-end using DATEV: validate master data, run pre/post-payroll controls, manage statutory filings and government accesses, advise on tax/social/labor law, reconcile GL and payroll journals, handle complex escalations, produce statutory reporting, support audits, and coach junior staff while building scalable payroll processes and automation.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive adoption of Oyster's platform through proactive engagement and collaboration across teams.

As a Strategic People Partner, you will work with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, manage organizational design, and drive employee relations while optimizing people processes in a remote setting.

Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.
