Own the GTM organization’s operating rhythm, strategic planning, cross-functional growth initiatives, internal communications, and execution cadence. Partner closely with the CRO and Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps leaders to translate strategy into OKRs, improve collaboration, resolve operational bottlenecks, manage QBRs, and drive initiatives from decision through measurable delivery. The role also represents GTM needs across Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and People teams.

Lead Oyster’s company-wide editorial and category narrative across marketing, executives, product, people, legal, and customer-facing teams. Build AI-first systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and governance. Direct thought leadership, executive publishing, original employment research, and multimedia activation. Connect content decisions to growth, trust, influence, and pipeline while mobilizing stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and experts without formal authority.

Lead the consolidated FP&A and Analytics function delivering planning, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analytics, reporting, and commercial insight. Partner with senior leaders, drive AI/automation and systems improvements, prepare board/investor materials, support M&A/due diligence, and build a high-performing remote global team to improve decision quality and financial discipline.

Lead and run end-to-end Dutch payroll in-house: configure payroll systems, manage master data, statutory filings, payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting, audits, escalations, and coach junior staff while improving automation and compliance.

Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.

Build and operate shared AI platform infrastructure for LLM applications, agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI workflows. Develop data and knowledge pipelines, secure enterprise integrations, reusable frameworks, deployment and observability standards, and developer tooling. Take AI systems from experimentation to reliable production while ensuring security, privacy, governance, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and IT to establish practical AI platform patterns and guardrails.

Manage a portfolio of customers across EMEA to drive adoption, resolve escalations, run enablement and demos, collaborate cross-functionally, use data to improve customer health, and support retention and payment collection.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits. Lead discovery, prioritisation, and roadmaps; partner with Engineering and Design; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Ops, GTM). Drive AI and automation use cases, embed regulatory/compliance requirements, use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, and improve product processes and outcomes.

Advise internal teams and product stakeholders on multi-jurisdictional employment law matters for an Employer of Record platform. Maintain templates, policies, and compliance documentation; monitor global legislative changes; support cross-border hiring, terminations, benefits, and immigration issues; liaise with outside counsel; contribute to product design and strategic initiatives; drive process improvements and automation (including AI tools) to scale employment compliance globally.

Design, build, and operate platform tooling and automated CI/CD pipelines on AWS using IaC. Improve reliability, observability, and incident response; create self-service developer experiences; partner with application and security teams; and explore AI-driven automation to reduce operational toil and accelerate engineering productivity.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive adoption of Oyster's platform through proactive engagement and collaboration across teams.

Lead Oyster's data platform and AI strategy, centralize AI initiatives into production systems, build scalable data and MLOps infrastructure, modernize knowledge architecture and semantic search, partner cross-functionally to embed AI into products and workflows, enforce tooling standards and governance, and drive organizational adoption and change management for AI-assisted operations.
