Lead platform initiatives, infrastructure modernization, Infrastructure-as-Code automation, Azure Virtual Desktop, end-user computing, security hardening, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Partner with development, AI, and security teams, troubleshoot complex issues, manage root-cause analysis, and maintain technical standards and operational procedures.

Lead and scale a global pre-sales function: define strategy and engagement models, manage and mentor the team, drive technical customer engagements and presentations, collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to qualify deals, mitigate risks, and capture market intelligence to support revenue growth.
