Lead and scale a global pre-sales function: define strategy and engagement models, manage and mentor the team, drive technical customer engagements and presentations, collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to qualify deals, mitigate risks, and capture market intelligence to support revenue growth.

Build and maintain AI-enabled business applications and integrations, help design and own application data models and databases, support AI architecture, data governance, ingestion and deployment, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role involves being a senior technical partner to the CCO, providing technical consultancy, driving platform stability, shaping system roadmaps, and advising on customer technology strategy across enterprise environments involving IBM and VMware.
