Manage a 12-month program of internal IT and business-change projects. Responsibilities include project scheduling, governance, methodologies, reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, requirements review, issue resolution, partner support, change delivery, and continuous process improvement. The role will embed project management practices within a rapidly growing international organization while balancing control, agility, and delivery speed.

Owns Group financial close, consolidation, statutory reporting, external audits, treasury, FX, commissions, finance systems, and core finance operations. The role maintains accounting policies, internal controls, reconciliations, governance, compliance, and payment processes across a multicurrency, multijurisdictional organization. It also stabilizes control issues, improves and automates finance processes, oversees AP, AR, payroll, and expenses, and partners with stakeholders and advisers to ensure accurate, scalable financial operations.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI management, performance analysis, and Executive and Board reporting. Partners with senior leaders to provide commercial insight, challenge decisions, assess investments, and improve accountability. Develops automated Power BI dashboards, strengthens reporting governance, and translates financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.
