Analyze and manipulate claims data to support payment integrity and medical cost savings initiatives. Collaborate with claims analysts, ideators, and cross-functional data teams to identify savings opportunities, research data, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure analytical accuracy. The role requires claims analysis experience, SQL and advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical capabilities. Python, data engineering, Snowsight, and claims platforms are preferred.

Manage product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery for clinical decision support applications and platform capabilities. Partner with engineering, architecture, clinical, regulatory, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, manage Jira boards, coordinate dependencies, and support technical decisions. Ensure products meet healthcare, quality, regulatory, interoperability, clinical safety, and customer outcome expectations across regulated software environments.

Leads network margin analytics, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis for pharmacy benefit services. Manages and develops an analyst, supports budgeting and client renewals, evaluates discount guarantees and legislation risks, and provides actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners and executive leadership. Owns the margin forecast process, financial reporting tools, process improvements, and executive presentations.
