Lead enterprise performance and financial analytics by designing KPI hierarchies, building attribution and tracking models, connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes, producing executive insights and value realization reporting, and partnering with Finance and BI teams to support strategic decision-making across risk, quality, affordability, and operations.

Lead governance and validation of clinical analytics methodologies by reviewing Databricks notebooks, SQL, Python and Spark code; maintain methodology documentation; partner with clinical and business stakeholders; conduct impact assessments and present methodology updates to leadership to ensure analytical integrity and transparency.
