Lead international payroll operations across EMEA and APAC, managing outsourced providers, payroll compliance, reconciliations, issue resolution, and service quality. Oversee payroll implementations for new countries, vendor setup, testing, integrations, and go-live readiness. Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, People, Benefits, Equity, and Treasury teams. Improve controls, documentation, audit readiness, and scalability through data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Owns integrated B2B marketing strategy and regional programs across EMEA. Translates global campaigns into locally relevant initiatives, aligns consumer and business marketing, develops creative briefs, manages budgets and agencies, and coordinates cross-functional teams across sales, production, growth, communications, and field marketing. The role drives audience strategy, campaign execution, measurement, pipeline impact, adoption, and revenue while adapting programs to diverse markets and cultures.

Provide hands-on technical support for strategic customers, troubleshooting complex API, integration, authentication, performance, and production issues. Analyze logs and system behavior, lead incident response, communicate with stakeholders, monitor customer health, prepare runbooks, conduct postmortems, and drive preventative improvements. Partner with Engineering, Product, Technical Success, and account teams to improve reliability, tooling, automation, and the Premium Support operating model.
