As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will design and implement customer-focused software solutions using OpenAI's APIs, collaborating with diverse teams and customers while driving project success.

Investigate and verify customer identities, organizations, and high-risk accounts to prevent fraud, impersonation, sanctions evasion, and abuse. Own complex cases, coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Sales/Support, enforce account actions, analyze fraud trends, and help design verification workflows, detection systems, and automation to scale platform integrity.

The Regional Sales Manager leads and scales OpenAI's advertising business across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth and managing a distributed team. Responsibilities include formulating strategies for expansion, optimizing customer engagement, and developing executive relationships while ensuring operational excellence.
