Own and prioritize the engineering backlog to maximize team throughput. Run agile ceremonies, surface and escalate blockers, translate requirements into user stories, triage customer escalations, and set realistic delivery expectations while partnering closely with engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success.

Own and evolve the product design system and Storybook component library, build prototyping tooling, consult on novel UX interactions, align design and engineering, and maintain accessibility and consistency across the product.
