Lead overseas P2P market expansion and merchant ecosystem management. Drive operational improvements across onboarding, liquidity, payment processing, dispute resolution, and P2P KPIs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature and workflow improvements, perform data analysis and competitive intelligence, and adapt strategies to regulatory and market changes to deliver measurable growth.

Lead institutional relationships and revenue for VIP clients (banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices). Originate and close major partnerships, shape vertical strategy, advocate product needs to engineering, articulate regulatory and compliance positioning, and own institutional marketing and thought leadership.

Manage day-to-day compliance operations for a MiFID II investment firm, including financial promotions review, complaints administration, regulatory and trade reporting, compliance monitoring, regulatory registers, product assessments, policy updates, AML/CFT support, and board reporting. The role requires accurate execution across recurring regulatory workstreams, regulatory-change tracking, audit readiness, and collaboration with Legal, Risk, Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.
