Lead OKX’s compliance program across European and UK entities, managing Country Heads of Compliance and MLROs. Set regional strategy, strengthen controls and workflows, oversee investigations, and engage with regulators, Boards, Legal, Product, Operations, and Risk. Build scalable, data-driven compliance frameworks using automation and AI-enabled tools while ensuring adherence to EU and UK regulations. Serve as the escalation point for complex compliance matters and develop senior compliance leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads OKX’s global marketing compliance function, building policies, controls, review and approval processes, monitoring programs, and regulatory change management for advertising, promotions, social media, influencers, affiliates, and product launches across CeFi and DeFi. Partners with Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams; manages incidents, supports audits, delivers training, and scales the compliance team and framework.

Lead product compliance reviews for new products, features, market expansions, and material changes across OKX’s global crypto business. Assess regulatory, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotion, market conduct, safeguarding, privacy, and third-party risks. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to define controls, document decisions, support launches, monitor post-launch risks, and promote compliance-by-design.
