Owns OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversees regulatory responses, complaints governance, quality assurance, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause remediation, executive reporting, and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk, and Customer Support teams to address escalated complaints, monitor customer outcomes, strengthen controls, and track remediation through closure.

Lead end-to-end growth for OKX in Pakistan: own P2P marketplace operations, merchant recruitment, user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Build community channels, run localized acquisition and CRM campaigns, design incentives and loyalty mechanics, conduct cohort and funnel analysis, and work cross-functionally to remove trading friction and optimize payment corridors. Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards and experimentation backlog to drive trading volume and user engagement.

Lead overseas P2P market expansion and merchant ecosystem management. Drive operational improvements across onboarding, liquidity, payment processing, dispute resolution, and P2P KPIs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature and workflow improvements, perform data analysis and competitive intelligence, and adapt strategies to regulatory and market changes to deliver measurable growth.

Lead regional P2P market expansion and merchant ecosystem management, optimize operations and workflows, collaborate with product and engineering, monitor KPIs and competitor activity, and implement data-driven strategies to improve liquidity, completion rates, and dispute handling.

Drive affiliate growth across MENA by identifying and onboarding affiliates, influencers, and HNW clients; manage relationships; plan and execute online/offline campaigns and events; optimize user acquisition through KPI-driven analysis and segmentation to grow OKX's regional user base and brand awareness.
