Teams at Okta

Conduct offensive security assessments and penetration tests across applications, cloud, infrastructure, and networks. Assess identity systems and AI/LLM-integrated products, develop novel attack techniques, build scalable offensive security automation, and provide remediation guidance. Serve as a security subject matter expert, triage vulnerability and bug bounty submissions, communicate findings to varied audiences, and contribute to security research and mentoring.

Generate qualified sales leads by prospecting target accounts, researching contacts, conducting outreach, engaging senior executives, setting meetings, and creating new business opportunities. The role partners with Account Executive and Marketing teams, manages territory account lists, meets monthly opportunity and business quotas, and communicates Okta’s cloud security solutions. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, and Salesforce experience is required.

Own Okta’s internal developer productivity and AI tooling product strategy, roadmap, evaluations, adoption, and measurement. Partner with engineering to improve development workflows, assess build-versus-buy decisions, standardize tools across Okta and Auth0, remove security and procurement barriers, and connect investments to cycle time, quality, and toil reduction. The role requires strong technical fluency, cross-functional influence, and experience managing developer platforms or tools.
