Provides front-desk and clerical support in a medical office: greets patients, schedules appointments in EMR, verifies insurance, collects payments, manages registration and records, answers multi-line phones, handles paperwork and claim attachments, and supports office operations and supply maintenance.

Prepare patients and perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures using digital equipment, ensure radiation safety, obtain and critique diagnostic images, document orders in the EMR, assist with image processing/QC, and provide patient care and education. Works evening shift in Urgent Care.

Prepares patients and performs diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy following ARRT and OhioHealth guidelines. Positions patients, operates imaging equipment, ensures radiation safety, processes images, documents procedures in the EMR, performs QC tests, and assists with electronic imaging tasks and student supervision.
