Build and operate detection and response systems for Notion’s cloud-native environment. Own the full enterprise customer lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, workflow design, live software demonstrations, commercial proposals, procurement and security reviews, closing, implementation planning, expansion, and renewals. The role combines technical solution selling with account ownership, requiring collaboration with BDRs and post-sale Outcomes Architects. Success involves translating customer workflows into adoption plans and commercial outcomes, particularly for AI, productivity, and workflow software.

Own adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion outcomes for named B2B software accounts. Design and deploy Notion workflows, build customer success plans, manage renewal risk, and partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy. The role requires translating business goals into practical systems, strengthening executive relationships, and contributing to retention and predictable revenue.
