Lead complex transformation workstreams for global investor onboarding, including target operating model design, process improvement, controls, data, technology, AML/KYC, and transfer agency initiatives. Responsibilities include analysis, solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, workshop facilitation, executive communication, implementation readiness, change adoption, and continuous improvement across regional and global teams.

Leads Investor Anti-Money Laundering support operations, including transaction monitoring, screening alerts, investor due diligence reviews, documentation management, escalations, and transitions. Coordinates with AML teams in Ireland, Bangalore, and Pune, resolves complex issues, maintains regulatory knowledge, supports audit and risk standards, and improves AML procedures. The role also oversees workload completion, partner communications, compliance controls, and service delivery for Ireland and UK processes.

Serve as primary operational contact for transfer agency clients, ensuring timely delivery against SLAs, managing incidents, producing reporting/KPIs, leading client due diligence, driving process improvements, managing projects, and providing guidance to staff to maintain high-quality client service.
