Serve as primary operational contact for transfer agency clients, ensuring timely delivery against SLAs, managing incidents, producing reporting/KPIs, leading client due diligence, driving process improvements, managing projects, and providing guidance to staff to maintain high-quality client service.

Owns operational risk management for a regulated UCITS management company in Ireland, serving as the designated PCF39B person subject to CBI approval. Responsibilities include overseeing business resilience and third-party risk, maintaining the risk management framework and risk appetite statement, assessing risk appetite, delivering ICAAP assessments, reporting to boards and regulators, supporting global non-financial risk processes, and participating in governance committees.

Manage a client services team delivering fiduciary and trust-related reporting and services. Set objectives, monitor SLAs, resolve complex client issues, implement new processes, provide management reporting, and maintain risk and compliance programs while collaborating with relationship and service managers.

Serve as primary AML and Transfer Agency contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Handle complex queries, investor onboarding, document management, transaction processing, reporting, and quality reviews while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

Lead enterprise-wide compliance for digital assets and blockchain, shaping strategy, governance, risk assessment, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder advisory. Develop frameworks, oversee controls and reporting, engage regulators, and partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Operations to manage digital-asset risk.
