Provide technical support for complex customer networking environments, troubleshoot and resolve issues, communicate with customers and internal teams, manage support cases and SLAs, develop product expertise, report metrics, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams on workarounds and permanent resolutions for AI infrastructure deployments.

Design, implement, test, and review software across the stack to build and optimize AI infrastructure. Collaborate with engineers, support customers through scoping, proofs-of-concept, trials, and production escalation, and help shape company culture and processes in a fast-paced startup.
