Develop and deliver enablement strategy and training for EMEA GTM teams. Design new-hire and ongoing programs, partner with regional and global stakeholders, create role-specific content, set training goals and metrics, coach sellers and solution consultants, and align enablement to business priorities to drive sales performance and faster ramp.

The Senior Account Executive will develop relationships with new Nordic customers, managing the sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams to create strategies for customer acquisition.

Drive technical customer relationships for enterprise accounts to onboard, increase adoption, and realize value from the New Relic platform. Guide committed consumption, deliver training and enablement, manage mutual activity plans, produce business review inputs, mitigate churn risks, support expansion opportunities, and quantify platform impact for technical stakeholders.
