Own the technical and automation engine for the Go-to-Market organization. Drive the GTM technology roadmap, automate workflows, define system metrics, build dashboards, translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage UAT and Agile delivery, and lead enablement and change management. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Adoption, Data & Analytics, and other revenue teams to improve customer lifecycle processes and data governance.

Leads and develops a technical support engineering team, oversees daily operations and service-level objectives, manages customer escalations, drives cross-functional process improvement programs, and participates in on-call support. The role requires people-management expertise, analytical problem solving, empathetic communication, operational strategy, and familiarity with enterprise support platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceCloud, Google Workspace, or Tableau.
