The role partners with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering while advising technical and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

Owns post-sale technical relationships for complex enterprise accounts, leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, optimization, technical support, escalations, renewals, and expansion. Advises customers on Nerdio Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune; conducts value reviews and executive business reviews; analyzes customer data; coordinates internal teams; manages risk; and mentors other Technical Account Managers.
